Follow these steps:

Log in to your Facebook account
Click on your profile picture or go to on your timeline
Tap on About section
Tap on Contact & Basic Info

Scroll down, Here you get the option to change your Date of Birth
Tap on Save

Note: You have only a few attempts to change your Date of Birth. If you have changed your birth date recently and wanna change it again then Facebook will place a limit on your account and you will not able to change it again. you may have to wait for some days to change it again.

How to Change Birthday on Facebook after limit

If your Facebook account is also in limit then there another solution for you. You have to just submit a request to Facebook about changing the Date of Birth and then the Facebook team will review your application and they will make a final decision.
